Y Series High Voltage and High Efficiency Three-Phase Induction Motors
Y is the foundamental series, the protection grade is IP23, cooling method is IC01.
The frame is made of steel plate being welded up into form of square shape with light weight and firm rigidity. The stator with outer-press-assembly structure is adopted, stator is made of F-grade insulation and electric-crown proof material, a special banding technology is used for winding end part fastening. The whole stator is treated by VPI with F-grade insulation technology, by this means motor will possess good and reliable insulation property and moisture proof, anti-inpact capability. The structure is reasonable and the technology is advanced. It has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, low vibration, reliable operation, convenient installation and maintenance.
The motor adopts a box structure, and the base is welded by steel plate, which is light in weight and good in rigidity. The closed air-to-air cooler is installed on the top of the motor, which is convenient to disassemble and facilitate the maintenance and repair of the motor.
